Safety is a Top Priority
Please follow these health and safety protocols with us.
We kindly ask that we all work together to practice social distancing throughout the property. Please refrain from congregating in groups.
Please wash hands frequently for a minimum of 20 seconds. All team members are committed to the same practice. Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the property.
Clean & Sanitize
We are frequently sanitizing and cleaning all high-touch surfaces. The frequency of cleaning and disinfecting has been increased in all public spaces with an emphasis on frequent contact surfaces and high touch items.
Everyone is required to wear face masks that cover their nose and mouth.
Creating an environment that is safe for our valued Guests and Team Members is a priority for our company. To that end, we have developed and implemented a comprehensive health and safety program across all of our properties. Designed to comply with applicable federal, state and local guidelines, our procedures focus on the Guest experience and Team Member interaction.
Our Team Members have received mandatory comprehensive initial and ongoing training on proper safety, social distancing, hand washing, cleaning, and disinfecting protocol, including proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
We are working closely with public health officials and adhering to guidelines set forth by the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control, and the US Environmental Protection Agency to take our already stringent safety and cleaning standards to the highest level.
Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting procedures will be followed to the extent allowable according to local gaming regulations. Should a gaming regulator require a more detailed or specific process or require an alteration to these procedures, we will follow the gaming regulatory guidance in addition to these procedures.

A: We will have adjusted hours of operation for several venues:
Casino Slot Machines are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Casino Table Games are available 7 days a week
Tuesday – Thursday: 11:00am until 1:00am
Friday – Monday: 24 hours

A: The hotel is open for booking 7 days a week. Please check our rate calendar for rates and availability.
Q: Are the bars open?
A: Yes, both Celebrity Lounge and Allure Ultra Lounge are open. Beverage service is available on the casino floor and in the open dining venues.

Allure Ultra Lounge: Sunday – Thursday: 4PM-11PM
Q: Is La Spa open?
A: Yes, La Spa is available for booking.
Wednesday – Thursday: 12PM-6PM

A: The Vintage is open Wednesday – Sunday from 5:30pm until 10:00pm.
Q: Q: My Reward Dollars are set to expire. Is Eldorado Shreveport extending their expiration date? Will you change the Tier Status earning requirements?
A: As a loyal ONE Club member we would like to assure you that your Reward Dollars have not expired during this closure. We are excited to announce that we will be extending your 2020 Tier Status and benefits through December 31, 2021, making Tier Status easier to earn and making sure your Reward Dollars don’t expire.
Q: Are there any new safety protocols in place?
A: Yes, we have enacted several new safety and cleanliness protocols per the requirements set forth by the Louisiana Governor’s office, Louisiana Gaming Control Board and the Centers for Disease Control.
Q: Are masks required at Eldorado Shreveport?
Yes, to ensure the safety of our guests, a company-wide policy was implemented on July 2nd, requiring all team members, guests, vendors and suppliers to wear a mask while on property except while eating or drinking.
Q: Will you supply a mask if I don’t have one?
Yes, complimentary masks will be provided to any guest that needs one. Simply stop by the valet or skywalk entrance at Eldorado Shreveport and we’d be happy to supply you with one.
Q: Where are masks required?
Face masks are required everywhere on property with the exception of while eating or drinking. Also, where permitted, when guests are smoking masks are allowed to be pulled down.
